I was a international tourist who needed medical care, and the staff and doctor was wonderful. The team's english was phenomenal and they understood my concern and looked at all options available to us. They also provided a insurance letter and ensured we had all the correct medications for the remainder of our holiday. 10/10.

As a Canadian traveling in Japan, I had an excellent experience at Globe Clinic in Shinjuku. The staff and nurses were incredibly kind, caring, and professional during a very stressful time for me. They were able to arrange diagnostics and lab work quickly, and having an English interpreter available made a huge difference and helped me feel comfortable and understood throughout the process. The clinic itself was extremely clean, modern, and welcoming. Everyone treated me with patience and compassion, and I truly appreciated how well they worked with me as an international visitor.
